Refund policy

Exchanges within 7 days

IBEX CLOTH accepts exchange requests within 7 days after delivery. We offer exchanges only; we do not offer change-of-mind returns for refunds.

Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. Please keep your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

To request an exchange, contact info@signaturegarments.in with your order number and the item you wish to exchange. Wait for confirmation and shipping instructions before sending an item back. Any applicable exchange shipping charges will be explained before you proceed.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect so we can assess the issue and arrange a resolution.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
